A late 19th century Louis XV style French bronze mounted marquetry bedside table with leather faux livres tambour door, small dovetailed drawer and marble top. The tambour door is faced with gold embossed leather bound book spines with titles by Balzac and Voltaire. Interior is lined in white marble, made to hide a chamber pot. Made of mahogany with various inlaid wood veneers and a floral wreath on each side. Curved corners and slender cabriole legs. Missing the sabots on the back legs. Nice cabinetry work. All original and finished on all four sides. White glove delivery only. Circa 1880-1900. 15.25"W x 12.75"D x 23.75"H
