A large Mid Century hand-crafted seashell encrusted wall mirror. Beautiful warm color palette with variety of different shell specimens, including large scallops around the perimeter and two large conch shells at the top and bottom. All arranged in a thickly clustered composition with many sea tusk shells poking out for added dimension. Shells are strongly glued intact with only minor losses, especially of the tiny shells on the outside edges. Wood supports have been added at the bottom so that it can rest vertically for transport. Circa 1950-1970.
