A 19th Century portrait by Italian artist Fausto Giusto (1867 Naples-1941 Zurich) after a Renaissance painting by Titian entitled "La Bella". An exceptionally detailed portrait by a leading painter presented in a good gilt frame. Fausto Giusto was a prolific painter with a large body or work, mainly cityscapes, and genres scenes. Signed upper left. Oil on canvas, professionally restored in 1980. Circa 1890-1910.
