An 18th century French Country cabinet made of solid walnut with diamond shaped panels and hinged slant front compartment. Cabinet opens to one interior shelf and has a newer working lock and key. The red velvet fabric of the top portion was replaced at a later date. A good quality cabinet with a thick door panel. Good craftsmanship using pegged construction. Waxed patina. Circa 1740-1760. 25.5"W x 19"D x 65.5"H
