19th Century French Reclining Wing Chair

A 19th century French Louis Philippe style upholstered reclining wing chair. A brass ring pull latch and sawtooth mechansim on the sides of the arms adjusts the slant of the back. Solid walnut frame with carved details on the scrolled arms and high back with deep sheltering side wings. Old velvet mohair upholstery with nailhead trim is in good condition with a slight crease at top of back rest. Circa 1850-1860.
