French Terracotta Vase or Pot à Confit

An earthenware confit pot from the Southwest of France with traditional yellow ochre glaze. Good condition with only minor losses to glaze on rim. These ordinary earthenware vessels were once used daily in the French country home and have beautiful rustic glazes of green, ochre and terracotta. Nice decorative elements especially when several sizes and shapes are grouped together. Please refer to photos for more details. Circa 1920-1940. Shipping: $80
