A Mid Century Italian life size artist's articulated mannequin, or model, made of solid wood with stained patina. Figure clamps to a metal rod affixed to a heavy black base. May be posed in a variety of positions or taken off the stand and repositioned into a seated pose. Head removes. Finger and toe joints are fully articulated. One finger replaced. In good condition with signs of age and use. This is a particularly large scale collectible model and may be used, as intended, in an artist's studio or as a decorative sculpture. Circa 1950s
