An early 19th century French Provençal rare armoire-form farinière, or flour box, hand-crafted from walnut. While most traditional farinieres feature a simple vertical box design with a sliding front panel, this specimen is highly unusual and collectible because it is modeled in miniature to mimic a classic French armoire wardrobe. Finely crafted with dovetail construction and curved legs. Restoration on right leg. Circa 1800-1810. Shipping: $50
