A Mid Century table lamp by Edwin Cole for Stiffel. Large octagonal deeply saturated heavy glazed ceramic body in beautiful shade of turquoise, or jade green. Solid brass hardware fittings and trim. Square wooden base with black painted enamel finish. Fully restored: brass has been stripped and polished, (not lacquered), base repainted, new cord. No milk glass reflector. Shade shown is NOT included. Edwin Cole (1905-1992) was an American architect and industrial designer best known for designing a signature collection of luxury lighting for the Stiffel Lamp Company.

A pair of Mid Century Murano glass lamps by Alfredo Barbini. Beautiful opalescent cotton candy pink color. Hand-blown swirled ribbed glass with controlled bubbles. Original alabaster capital and stem and stacked marble bases, each lamp slightly different, one is whiter. Rewired with new brass sockets. One lamp has small repair to alabaster. A Mid Century Murano glass lamp by Barovier & Toso. Hand-blown cased glass with cordonato (rope) form and bullicante (trapped air bubbles) technique. Ercole Barovier pioneered and popularized this specific bullicante bubble finish during the mid-20th century. Luminous ballerina pink color with real silver leaf inclusions formed by rolling the molten pink glass over delicate silver foil, breaking it into tiny, shimmering specks before sealing it under a final clear outer casing. Ornate brass tiered base with floral stamped banding. It is rare to find the original polished brass base intact and in good condition. Classic form with elegant proportions.
