An early 20th Century rustic French cartonnier or cabinet with many compartments, likely used as a store fixture or office file cabinet. Made of solid pine with 25 hinged doors, 3 drawers at the bottom and a central door opening to 9 slim shelves. Each compartment measure 9.75"W x 6"H. Bars on the sides with brass hinges enable all the side compartments to be locked. New working locks with two keys. Waxed patina. Normal repair to hinges. Circa 1900s. 75"H x 38"W x 16.5"D
