A pair of large ornate French bronze dore candlesticks. Heavy cast bronze with pierced decoration and set with colorful cabochon jewels. Triangle base with fantastic winged dragons. Large prickets for pillar candles and deep cups to catch melting wax. Excellent quality and condition with bright color. Three missing stones on one candlestick and one stone missing on the other. Circa 1820-1840. 12.5" x 12.5" x 32.25"H. Weight: 24 lbs. each.
