A Mid Century Murano glass pineapple form lamp by Barovier & Toso. In three parts: square black base with ring form details, large textured pineapple, and green leaves, all with gold inclusions. An impressive large statement lamp for an entryway or side table. In good condition with a small old repair to bottom edge of base, not visually noticeable. Rewired with new socket and cord.
Note: for film buffs or Elvis fans, a pair of this lamp appears in the set decoration of Jailhouse Rock, 57 minutes into the 1957 movie.
