A large French lamp sculpture by Auguste Moreau (1834-1917) entitled "Charmeur" depicting a young boy, his hand on a branch on which rests two small love birds. Made of spelter, or pot metal, with a bronze-like patina and cast for use as a lamp. Rewired. Signature on base: Auguste Moreau. Circa 1900-1920. 30.75"H (33.5 to top of socket) x 13"W x 11" diameter base. Weight: 25 lbs.
