A large bronze sculpture of a young boy looking down at a dog seated at his feet. A large ring hangs from his right forearm. Signed on the base in cursive: Made by Masa. A charming bronze okimono, or objet d'art, from the Meiji Period (1868-1912) an era that produced exceptional quality metal works. Circa 1900-1910 22"H x 9.5" diameter.
